T H E J A C K S F I R M is a boutique advertising | production firm based in New York City with international producing capabilities. The firm specializes in the development and production of high fashion commercials, branded content, and feature films. Our client list includes: John Varvatos, Cynthia Rowley, American Apparel, Philip Pelusi, Jillian Lewis, Susan Cianciolo, CB Richard Ellis, Tiffany Koury, WESC, Converse, Bombay Sapphire, and Intel. Our firm’s main office is conveniently located in Brooklyn NYC, and we are able to host meetings in the L.A area.

T H E J A C K S F I R M was established in 2007 by its founder and chief architect - Ben Jacks. He is an honors graduate of The USC Film School (‘05) and actively works as a director and cinematographer, he is known for his gritty | pretty style, and draws influences from Paul Greengrass and the Scott brothers. Scott Welch is the firm’s Executive Producer, he has a masters from NYU and has been working in advertising for 10+ years specializing in state of the art media services, brand strategy, and analytics. The Creative Director, Chris Cummings, graduated with honors from Ithaca College ('06).  He worked for several years in the book publishing industry, at Overlook Press and as an editor of Anderbo.com.  In addition to writing, he is also a gaffer. 

The firm’s partnerships include: Sleepless City Productions (www.sleeplesscityproductions.com), Tunnel Post (www.tunnelpost.com), active relationships with industry leading casting directors, and founders of other creative agencies.
